Hey I just had you upgrade for me and I am very very greatful for your help in understanding a few things. however I don’t have a spellcheck on my new computer and my non high schoool education shows on all my emails. I need to find a spell checker please.
For the record you guys rock. One time costomer turned lifetime costomer. I love local bussinesses like yours and will continue to send all 3 of my friends to you….

Hi R-U Computing CA!

Just want to say a HUGE Thank You for the support & technical help in sorting the Antivirus issue on Thursday 12 May.

A Fantastic effort & Phenomenal Response time from your support team!

The issue; an Antivirus update bundled with a new search toolbar created a series of issues for which “help” of resolution was offered by the Company concerned, only at an obscene price!

Your support & assistance was invaluable. This included sorting out the failed antivirus uninstall process (recommended by the AV Company concerned), which completely screwed up all connection to the internet with all browsers & email accounts, by damaging or corrupting registers etc!

The new antivirus program now kindly installed is working perfectly!

Friday 13 of May morning spent moving between different locations testing connectivity to various wireless & cable service providers. All worked perfectly flawlessly, in fact, the performance of the laptop has improved overall!

All is well now thanks to you guys, YOUR outstanding performance & speed of response has been referred to & through a number of Networking activities that I’m involved with.

Hello, thanks again for all the work on my Compaq. I was able to download the Codec Pack I needed and it works. I remembered I had ffshow before so that’s what was missing. With the new video card I have two screens running separate programs (videos, games, etc.). The new memory must have helped because it doesn’t skip a beat, even playing World of Warcraft, and watching Lord of the Rings at the same time.

One think I would like to see rather that calling and bothering Madi, is a link to price list for things like ; Ram, Hard Drives, Video cards, CD’s. DVD’s, etc, etc. etc, But I will be dropping in April 12 to get a second Big Gig Hard Drive…

WOW! That about says it all! My family has purchased three refurbed computers here and we have been totally satisfied. I am so happy with my laptop purchase today, I’m going back to purchase a desktop later this week. The service at RU Computing is beyond great. I have dealt with other computer shops before and let’s just say I have never returned to the same shop twice. RU Computing has my families business from now on! Thanks everyone, you go above and beyond! You get my vote for best computer sales and service on the island!

hello, I am wondering how much a 256 or a 512 stick of ram would be for a pc133 sd ram 133mhz? I bought my computer from you guys back in 2007. I dont see any price listings on your site but i remember when i was in last, someone told me that you have all kinds of ram. Can you email me back?

Hey Madi.
It seems like something went astray ?
I have no longer got MS office or any of those files nor do I have any pictures ?
What happened ?
I thought you were going to ensure I kept everything when you installed Windows 7.
Have I lost all those files forever ?
